I am bored of stale content, aren’t you?

Bitchen will cover essays that intersect travel, food, and sultriness. Subscribers will get access to recipes I’ve fallen in love with while traveling, insider travel guides, and wine “prescriptions” for seasonal shenanigans….ever-evolving as I go.

What does a day in the life of a food journalist on a vigorous eating trip look like? (FYI: I’m searching for a volunteer to follow me around for a few days this summer to see what it’s like firsthand!). Or what it’s really like to visit multiple wineries in a day and then get stuck on a bus in a freak blizzard and wreckage traffic for hours with several other awesome, rowdy journalists just outside of Madrid.

Bitchen serves as a creative outlet to fulfill creative thinking in a world of robotic content and monotony—and a way to continue writing freely, which I know many of you enjoy so much.

Please consider supporting my career by subscribing or gifting a subscription to a friend. Think of it like reciprocating all those “can I pick your brain” conversations that I’ve had with many people over the years or the “I’m going to XYZ and I need recommendations.” I love doing these things but they’re also….a job! Treat this as you would a magazine or Spotify subscription (but without annoying ads).

 TY!
